Who we are
Qpon OMS (“Qpon OMS”, “Hungrytiger OMS”, “we”, “us”) is the restaurant order-management app for Qpon BD. It is used by restaurant staff to receive orders, manage the menu, scan vouchers, and run the store. The developer listed on Google Play may appear as Hungrytiger OMS; that is the same Qpon OMS app (package com.chatchefs.htoms).
Information We Collect
Staff account information (email address and password, and profile details tied to the restaurant) Restaurant and location information needed to show the correct store, orders, and menu Order, voucher, and redemption information so staff can accept, prepare, and redeem Qpon deals Device information (device ID, app version, basic diagnostics) Push notification token (FCM) so we can alert the device about new orders Location, if you allow it, to associate the device with the restaurant location Camera, if you allow it, to scan QR codes and take menu item photos Microphone and audio settings, if you allow them, so order notification sounds can play
How We Use Information
To sign staff into the restaurant account and keep the session secure To display and update live orders, menu, hours, and store open/pause status To scan and redeem Qpon vouchers in store To send order-alert push notifications and play notification sounds To print tickets when a supported printer is connected To improve reliability, diagnose issues, and send important service updates
Location, Camera, and Notifications
Location is used only to support restaurant operations (for example matching the staff device to a store). Camera is used only when you scan a QR code or take a menu photo. Notifications are used for incoming orders and related operational alerts. You can turn these permissions off in device settings; some features will stop working.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers (hosting, authentication, messaging/push, analytics) only as needed to operate Qpon OMS. Restaurant order data is shown to the restaurant that owns that store.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect staff and restaurant information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Your Choices and Account Deletion
You can update account details through your restaurant administrator or by contacting us. You can revoke app permissions from device settings. To delete a staff account and associated OMS data, email support@hungrytiger.chatchefs.com from the account email. We will process deletion requests for restaurant staff accounts.
Children's Privacy
Qpon OMS is a business app for restaurant staff. It is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised date.
