Agreement
By using Qpon BD apps or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The Service
Qpon BD offers restaurant deals and digital vouchers that are redeemed in store. Qpon is not a food delivery service unless a specific experience explicitly says otherwise.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate phone/email information so we can support your orders and vouchers.
Purchases & Vouchers
Deal prices, discounts, and availability may change. Purchased vouchers are subject to each deal’s stated terms, validity window, and restaurant participation. Redeem vouchers only at the listed restaurant unless otherwise stated.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Qpon, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, interfere with the service, or use the platform for unlawful activity. Restaurant reviews and photos must not be abusive or otherwise objectionable. You can report a review or block its author in the Qpon app.
Payments
Payment methods shown in the app are processed by Qpon and/or our payment partners. Charges, refunds, and chargebacks follow the payment method and deal terms applicable to your order.
Intellectual Property
Qpon branding, logos, and app content are owned by Qpon BD or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Disclaimers
Restaurants are responsible for the food and service they provide. Qpon is not liable for restaurant quality issues beyond facilitating the deal/voucher experience, except where required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qpon BD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
