How do I log in?
Open Account, enter your Bangladesh phone number or email, then your password. New users can create an account from the login screen.
How can I place an order?
Open a restaurant, add menu items for dine-in or takeout, or buy a deal as an in-store voucher. Then continue through checkout.
How do I report an issue?
On a restaurant page use Report an Issue. In the app you can also report a review or block its author. Track status under Account → My Reports.
How do I delete my account?
Open Account → Delete account in the Qpon app. Deletion is scheduled for 7 days later, and you can cancel until then.
