How do I redeem a voucher?
Open your purchased deal, show the QR code at the restaurant, and ask staff to scan it.
I forgot my password
On the login screen tap Forgot password and follow the reset steps for your phone or email.
Payment succeeded but no voucher
Open Account → Orders. If it is still missing, email support with your phone number and payment time.
How do I delete my account?
In the Qpon app open Account → Delete account. Deletion is scheduled for 7 days later, and you can cancel until then.
